How to reach Yogyakata
Participant can reach Yogyakarta by bus, train, plane, or combination of them.
- By plane
If you come by plane, you can stop at the nearest airport, Adisutjipto International Airport (JOG). These are some ways to get there. Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, Jakarta (CGK) to Yogyakarta (JOG): 1h 10m
Ngurah Rai International Airport, Denpasar, Bali (DPS) to Yogyakarta (JOG): 1h 30m

- By train
If you come by train, you may stop at Yogyakarta Railway Station (YK) or Lempuyangan Railway Station (LPN), both are in the middle of the city.
Universitas Gadjah Mada is 3.5 km away from Yogyakarta Railway Station and 5.2 km away from Lempuyangan Railway Station.
- By bus
If you come by bus, you may stop at Giwangan Bus Station or Jombor Bus Station.

From these stations and airport, you have plenty of choice to go to your destination: by the city bus called TransJogja, by Taxi, by local motorcycle (ojek), or by online transportation such as GO-JEK or GRAB. The local organizing committee will organize accommodation for participant coming from outside Yogyakarta, which is planned at UGM Residence (dormitory) .
The organizing committee will organize a transportation (a car) to pick participants from abroad to get the university residence (for their accommodation) on Sunday February 16, 2020.
